Newsletter Guidelines

All newsletters must use the predefined layout templates for distribution. This will ensure consistency in brand, layout, and design aesthetic.  

• Images should be saved using PNG or JPG format.
• The use of motion graphics or animated GIFs should be avoided.
• Alt text must be added to all images to ensure digital accessibility.
• Customizations of text and background colors should be avoided.
